u8 & u10 Awards and THE CHICAGO MUSTANGS!

Sunday January 6th was a big night for the boys and girls of Coach Frank's U8 soccer team and Coach Fernando's U10 soccer team. It was the night that both teams received the high honors of being awarded the #1 in each of their division that was held at the Hoffman Estates Grand Sports Arena The week prior. It was a busy weekend for these teams competing both on Saturday and Sunday followed by the championship game Sunday. The teams played their best and their hardest. The amount of enthusiasm that was in that arena at the final games were unbelievable. All the kids did AMAZING and the teams that we played against  were a great group of soccer players and we enjoyed the entire experience.

Both teams were able to walk onto the field and receive their awards from the director of the Chicago Mustangs in front of the arena's audience prior to the game vs The Chicago Mustang's and Dallas.


 They must have been their good luck charms because The Chicago Mustangs won in overtime beating Dallas.  The game was intense and nail biting! We were all at the edge of our seats and were hoping that the outcome of the game would be in our favor. Once again the Chicago Mustangs did not disappoint us and Won the game we were all going wild. The whole feel of the arena was in overwhelming joy and everyone was full of excitement and joy. It kind of made us forget that it was almost 9pm and we had to get the kids ready for their first day back to school from winter break, but it was all worth it!


 It was a exciting night for everyone and on behalf both teams we would like to thank  The Hoffman Estates Grand Sports Arena, The Chicago Mustangs and everyone that had organized the tournament and the event.


We greatly appreciate all of the support from everyone and most important we appreciate the continued support from all of our Moms, Dads and families that are devoted to their children s love of soccer!
